Please view the return guidelines below to see if your purchase qualifies for a return. For eligible orders, we offer a 30 day return period starting from the day your item gets delivered. There is a $6.95 handling fee for all returns, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable and will also be deducted from the refundable amount. 

Please note, all returned items will be subject for review to ensure that there is no wear and tear. After we receive the item, it will take around 7 business days to process the return. Once processed, you will receive an email. Depending on your credit card, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing.

Items eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must be unworn and undamaged
  • Items must be returned in its original packaging 

Items not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send your order number and a photo and description of the defective item(s) to hello@remicity.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Log into your account and select “My Orders” to check your order status. You’lll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

If you don’t have an account with us, you will still receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can always create an account at any time to view and manage your orders. Just be sure to use the same email address you used to submit your order when setting up your account.

Please reach out to us at hello@remicity.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. Please note, we may not be able to accommodate all requests as our team works hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders within the United States are subject to sales and state tax by law. These taxes are dependent on which state or province of your shipping address and will be calculated at checkout. 

In the case that you return your order, you’ll also be refunded the sales tax amount unless stated otherwise.

With any gold-plated jewelry, discoloration and tarnishing are inevitable factors that can occur over time. However, proper care and proactive maintenance can prolong the shine of your jewelry. 

Removing tarnish from your jewelry is easy. Simply clean your gold-plated pieces regularly by gently wiping them with a soft, damp cloth such as a microfiber towel or jewelry polishing cloth. For more care instructions, please see our Jewelry Care page.

Rhodium plating, like any other plating, is not permanent and may wear off over time depending on how often the piece is worn and how much contact it has with other elements and surfaces. However, it can be reapplied by a jeweler if desired to refresh the original appearance.

We ensure that all of our jewelry is made with top quality materials and craftsmanship, but we know things happen sometimes. So don’t worry, we offer a 2-year warranty on all jewelry products if any damage occurs to the material or the workmanship of the product. 

If your jewelry piece qualifies for our 2-year warranty policy, please send a picture of the damaged item with a description to hello@remicity.com. We’ll be happy to work with you to make things right! 

Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover:

  1. Lost items
  2. Items that have been adjusted by a third party
  3. Improper use or handling of your jewelry
  4. Broken or damaged jewelry (e.g. broken chains, bent pieces, etc.), and
  5. Scratches, discoloration, or tarnishing from normal wear and tear
