Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend the following.
Prevent Excessive Wear
Remove your jewelry before exercising, showering, swimming, sleeping, or other activities that may cause excessive wear and tear as well as contact with moisture.
Wait to Wear
Wait to put on your jewelry until after you’ve applied perfume and cosmetics, as these elements can cause gold-plated jewelry to oxidize and tarnish faster.
Store
Store your jewelry in a dry and cool place when you are not wearing it.
Clean Regularly
To maintain the shine of your gold-plated jewelry and prevent tarnish from setting in, regularly clean them by wiping with a soft, damp cloth such as a microfiber towel or jewelry polishing cloth. To remove tarnish, gently wipe the pieces - not too hard, as some polishing cloths can be abrasive to the jewelry!
