Returns & Exchanges

Please view the return guidelines below to see if your purchase qualifies for a return. For eligible orders, we offer a 30 day return period starting from the day your item gets delivered. There is a $6.95 handling fee for all returns, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable and will also be deducted from the refundable amount. 

Please note, all returned items will be subject for review to ensure that there is no wear and tear. After we receive the item, it will take around 7 business days to process the return. Once processed, you will receive an email. Depending on your credit card, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing.

Items eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must be unworn and undamaged
  • Items must be returned in its original packaging 

Items not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send your order number and a photo and description of the defective item(s) to hello@remicity.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to assist you.

We offer store credit for gifted items within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Please review our return policy to ensure the item is eligible for a return. To receive a return shipping label, email us at hello@remicity.com and send us the following information:

  1. The order number. If you don’t have this, please provide the email address and full name of the person that purchased the order.
  2. The address the jewelry will be shipping from.
  3. The email address that your Remicity account is associated with. We’ll apply the store credit there once your return has been processed. If you don’t have an account, you can create one now here.

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank, refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after the return has been approved.

You’ll have the option to receive your refund through the original method of payment or store credit. 

After we receive the item, it will take around 7 business days to review and process the return if valid. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. 

If your refund is being issued as store credit, you’ll see the credited amount under your account  as soon as the refund is processed. 

If you paid with a card, it may take 3-10 business days, depending on your bank, for the refund to show in your account.
